Information you give us about your coverage needs. This includes your date of birth, whether you are turning 65 or already on Medicare, whether you have Medi-Cal, your current coverage, your doctors, and your prescriptions.
Information needed to enroll you in a plan, if you choose to enroll. This may include your Medicare number and other details the insurance company requires.
Your answers to questions on our forms, including your preferred time to be contacted.
Technical information from our website, such as your browser type, the pages you visit, and cookies or similar tools. This includes tools from Meta (Facebook) that help us measure our ads.

How we use your information

To contact you about the Medicare and insurance options you asked about.
To compare plans, schedule appointments, and help you enroll if you choose to.
To provide service after enrollment, such as annual reviews and help with questions or claims.
To keep the records required of licensed insurance agents.
